One of 25 best examples of smart growth design in PA according to 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania. Susquehanna Real Estate acted as owner’s representative and consultant throughout the concept and design phase of the Logos Academy project, working with architectural firm LSC Design and as project manager through the construction phase of the project.

Elevations Lofts
Wilkes-Barre, PA
For the adaptive reuse of an existing building in downtown Wilkes-Barre, PA, from 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania. Susquehanna Real Estate converted the second and third levels into market rate loft condominiums. Developed in partnership with the Greater Wilkes-Barre Development Corporation, the project also includes street level retail, a parking garage, and a 14-screen cinema.
