DESCRIPTION

Provided building valuations and re-development strategies for the owners of this complex of buildings dating back to the 1890s in downtown York. The complex evolved as the result of the growth of a community newspaper over decades of time that eventually left downtown for a one-story industrial facility in the suburbs in the 1990s. The remaining buildings were all built to house various aspects of the publishing business and have interconnected infrastructure that made separation problematic. An inventory was conducted that took into account several options that could have market viability and financial models were developed accordingly to guide the owners in the eventual disposition of the property.
