Capitol View Building
SRE was requested by a local non-profit recreationally-oriented group to evaluate along with a local architect the potential for the conversion of a partially constructed office/printing building into a mega recreation/community center. SRE worked with the architect on space planning and then provided financial modeling for various alternatives.
The financial resources of the non-profit proved to be the limiting factor for undertaking such a large-scale redevelopment project. The 250,000 SF building was subsequently acquired through the bankruptcy of the previous owner and has since been developed into a large distribution/office facility.
