PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This 640-acre farm was the original birthplace of SRE’s original owner and founder. The property had previously been placed under conservation easements and was an over-riding influence on the subsequent disposition of the property. SRE developed the plan with the owner, oversaw the survey work, land development plan and local approvals necessary for the eventual sales of the various properties which included a 10,000 SF Manor House, three farms, a cottage farmette, 5 building lots, a commercial tract and over three hundred acres of meadowland.
