DESCRIPTION

SRE provided an overview on the potential marketability of the 450,000 SF, 7 acre site of the former St. Joseph’s Hospital in Lancaster, PA. Originally constructed on the site of an earlier structure in 1952, the complex has been modified and added to numerous times over the last 60 years. SRE provided a review of the complex that included financial modeling of the various portions of the buildings that presented development opportunities for alternative uses.
